Molly McNamara is one of the co-founders of TFI, a teacher, ordained-licensed minister, trauma informed life coach and certified grief & bereavement counselor with over 40 years of healthcare expertise. As an RN leading a Level I Trauma Center in Houston, she was the recipient of Texas' 1st Federal Grant for Youth Suicide Prevention, former President of the Texas Trauma Systems, and Director of Utilization Management.
After 10 years in bi-vocational work with ministry and healthcare, Molly retired in 2020 to focus full-time in developing resources to merge science with God's Kingdom work. Today, TFI engages to build strong and creative bridges to wholehearted living based on biblical applications.
